Registration Information

Attending the 2025 San Francisco Convention is an exclusive benefit provided only to the following AAJ member types:

In addition, Judges, State and Provincial Trial Lawyer Association Executive Directors, Legal Administrators, and Staff are welcome.

An AAJ Legal Administrator Affiliate is an individual who is qualified through education, training and/or experience to perform law firm administrative functions, including but not limited to chief operating officers, chief strategy officers, and in-house marketing or business development professionals, and is employed by an attorney who for the most part based on caseload and time, works on behalf of the plaintiff in civil litigation or works on behalf of the defendant in criminal litigation. The administrative work performed must be in accordance with AAJ’s mission and attested to by an AAJ Regular, Sustaining, Life, or President’s Club Member by means of sponsorship. Cancellations received by May 9, 2025, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received between May 10 and June 13, 2025, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. After June 13, 2025, requests for refunds for any reason will not be honored. You can substitute your registration with another AAJ member in your firm. Cancellations must be sent to conventioncancellation@justice.org no later than the date specified above. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after the date specified in the registration confirmation. After this date, AAJ has guaranteed attendance participation with event partners and venues. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Non-receipt of a confirmation registration before the event does not justify seeking a refund. Substitutions for the same event are honored at any time for confirmed, paid registrants with requests sent to conventioncancellation@justice.org.

AAJ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund of the registration fees. Other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airfare or hotel penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
